I am sorry but here is the technical information.  It all sounds rather formal but is actually pretty standard, straight forward and yet extremely necessary.  It is designed to ensure a safe and secure enhanced online shopping experience for all our customers, that we possibly can offer.

Throughout this website you will see the following terms  “us”, “we” and “our” used which all refer to “Melting Moments of Madness” as a whole. Sometimes Melting Moments of Madness is abbreviated to “MMOM”.

Shipping

Melting Moments of Madness only accept mainland UK, Ireland and Scotland orders. Orders placed outside these regions will be refunded.

Unfortunately we do not currently accept orders from overseas. 

Liabily of Descriptions

We do not accept liability for any omissions or errors contained within our website.  Melting Moments of Madness reserve the right to change any information, descriptions, prices, or specifications at any time and without due notice being given. 

Liability of Product and Delivery Prices

Although Melting Moments of Madness tries to make sure we are acurate in our pricing and information, we are human after all and sometimes errors occur.  In the event of an error being identified we will inform you of this as soon as possible by contacting you with the details you have supplied us with.  We will give you the option to confirm if you still would like your order at the ammended correct price or the option to cancel your order.  If you choose to cancel, then a refund will be issued in full.  (If you do not respond we will issue a full refund and cancel your order).

Melting Moments of Madness is under no obligtion to fulfil an an order where a product may have been advertised by mistake at an incorrect price.  This outcome to any such occurence is to the discretion of Melting Moments of Madness who’s decision will be final.

Tax and Pricing

All prices are inclusive of VAT.  Your postage charges will be show in the checkout area once you have entered all your details and at this oint you choose your method of delivery before confirming and paying for your order.

Confidentiality

We value our customers confidentiality.  Any confidential information stored here at Melting Moments of Madness, including credit card details and such, are only transmitted via encryption and are held securely.  We do not pass on customer details to third-parties in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Intellectual Property, Logo’s and Copyrights

Uning Melting Moments of Mass website you both acknowledge and agree that we own all present and future copyright material, registered and unregistered trademarks, unregistered designs and design, database rights, all present and future intellectual rights in relation to the description and media material for all products and data which has been created by Melting Moments of Madness.

You do not have permission to copy, download or to use our content in any way, without contacting us to gain, written authorisation from Melting Moments of Madness.  You therefore agree no to use re-use, reproduce, transmit or distribute and copyright material belonging to Melting Moments of Madness.

Refunds

We will offer a full refund within 7 days of dispatch if goods are damaged or mis-sent. We will not accept returns without prior agreement. Return postage will be at the purchaser’s cost. Returned products must be in original packaging and unused. We will refund postage where goods are returned due manufacturing faults.

Product Availability

We work hard to try and keep our website products up to date the best we can.  However on some occasions we cannot guarentee that particular product will be available due to us also having regular sales through other social media means, for example facebook, shpock, instagram and through word of mouth.

If your product isn’t available we will contact you straight away with possible alternative options or the choice of re-crediting your account.  If it is regarding wax melts, we give you the option to wait for new batches to be made or to send another fragrance of your choice or again the option to be refunded for that.

If new batches are made we will make sure you are aware of which franced wax melts have been freshly made and advise to leave a few days to cure before using to ensure the best quality.

Most products are available and in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible if this is not the case.

Indemnity

Using our website you agree to indemnify us against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Consummer Rights

Our Terms and Conditions above do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Media Colours

Colours of products may slightly differ due to handmade wax melts shades may be slightly different or it could be the lighting changes the colour slightly.  We try to show an example to its truest form.

Breakages & Complaints

Although breakages and complaints are extremely rare here at Melting Moments of Madness, if you ever do have an issue you need to raise with us please one of the following methods to contact us.

Please quote your order number and as much information regarding your complaint. This will enable us to deal with your complaint as quickly as possible.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any dispute which may arise in connection to any of the terms of use shall be sbuject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.  These terms of use are governed by our English law.
