Comments

When visitors leave comments on our site, here at Meltinging Moments of Madness, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to our website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.  although all our media is copyrighted and noone should be downloading our pictures without written consent for Melting Moments of Madness.

Contact forms

Once you submit a contact form here at Melting Moments of Madness we do retain information for up to 3 years for customer service purposes, but we would like to reassure you that we do not use any information submitted to pass on your information to marketing thrid-party organisations, we only retain your information for our records only.

How do we protect your information and data?

Here at Melting Moments of Madness we maintain the safety of your personal information, when you place an order on our website, by implementing a variety of security measures. We offer a safe and secure server when it comes to payment through Paypal. Any sensitive credit information is transmitted through via a Secure Socket Layer technology, which is encrypted into our secure Paypal gateway provider.  Our Paypal database is only accessible to the limited authorized personel with special access rights to such sensitive information, such personel are required to keep all information accessed confidential.

Once your order has been processed, each transaction private sensitive information will not be stored on our website. (i.e. financial info, credit cards etc)  However, we do store information relating direct to your order details on our website.  This includes your full name, delivery address, telephone number, email address and of course your order details. This is for future reference and may be used to improve user experieince in the future.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
