Standard Courier Tracked – £3.50 – delivery if your order is below the value of £25.00. (after any promotional codes or discounts have been deducted).
Special Next Day Delivery – £9.95
We do appreciate your patience throughout the festive period. Due to the high volume of sales during this time of year, the delivery dates would be extended by upto 3 days.

We will be offering a local door to door delivery service in the Radcliffe and local surrounding areas for a small charge.
We would recommend if any or your friends and family are thinking of placing an order at the same time, why not get to gether and place your order at the same time and have it delivered to the same address. Free door to door delivery service for orders over £15 up to 1.5 miles from Radcliffe centre and then there may be a small charge towards deisel if the distance is further. At least you could split the extra cost between you if there are a couple or few of you.

Simply enjoy browsing through our great range of products available and when something takes your fancy click the relevent choices and the “add to basket” button. From there you can either “continue shopping” or “checkout” using the links provided. Upon “checkout” the financial transaction will be processed by PayPal, the world’s largest, and most secure, payments handler. If you don’t happen to have a PayPal account, that’s no problem. On arrival at the PayPal page, simply select the “checkout as a guest” option, and you will be able to pay with a credit or debit card. Upon completing the transaction you will receive an order confirmation email from us, and a payment receipt email from PayPal. We will also soon have options to choose your scents in text boxes for multiple scent buys.
Once we have received your order, we will always endeavour to process and dispatch to you as soon as we can. However, we are a small manufacturer, and our products are all handmade, so dispatching your order may take a little longer. For this reason we advise that the period between us receiving your order, and your order being dispatched, may be up to 5 working days. Please note that we reserve the right to extend the order processing period, but only if unavoidable due to our limited manufacturing capacity. If your order is effected in this way, you will receive a notification email. At all times, we really appreciate your patience, and your decision to purchase from us. We will always do our best to process and dispatch your order in the shortest period.
When your order is ready for dispatch, it will be securely packaged to guard against damage whilst in transit. You will also receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched. Please note: From time to time our wax melts may be received slightly damaged and although this doesn’t happen often it does happen. this will not effect the performance of the wax melt in any way.
Delivery is charged at cost, and varies relative to package weight. Your order will be delivered within the United Kingdom by Royal Mail, who advise that their 48 hour (2nd class) service usually takes 2-5 days, while their 24 hour (1st class) service usually takes 1-3 days. Orders placed by customers located outside the United Kingdom will be dispatched via Royal Mail International Standard, which typically takes 3-7 days. Delays may occur during busy periods, particularly in the weeks preceding Christmas. For larger orders we will use a Parcelforce tracked service. We reserve the right to make alternative delivery arrangements as we see fit.
Breakage And Loss
In our experience with Royal Mail, breakages and lost packages occur infrequently. However, rarely they do still happen. We ask that you report these breakages to us as a matter of urgency, to allow us to pursue a claim with our carrier. If you require assistance or information regarding your order, please feel free to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items. Please also send photograph evidence, the product number and description to support your claim for breakages.
